Corinthians FC SA will be making a change in their head coach ahead of the 2015 NPSL season following the departure of Jon Burklo, on mutual terms.
“It was a true pleasure working with Jon our inaugural year. Of course it’s difficult to see him go because I have So much respect for him as a friend and as a manager.” Said Corinthians FC SA owner and president, Pete Veras. “We wish him the best of luck and success in his coaching career. Our goal here at Corinthians FC SA is for our players , coaches and staff to improve and progress upward as the seasons pass. Jon embodies that growth and ascension.”
Burklo will be moving in to the USSF Developmental Academy system, as he makes the move to Illinois to join the coaching staff at Scott Gallagher Illinois. Scott Gallagher Soccer Club is one of the nation’s elite clubs with branches in both St Louis and Illinois. Both branches are one of the few clubs that are part of both ECNL and the USSF Developmental Academy.
